Four youths have been charged with a string of offences following an alleged aggravated robbery in Leanyer earlier this week.
The group of boys allegedly went into a Leanyer business around 10:30PM Wednesday and threatened an employee with an edged weapon before stealing a quantity of alcohol and fleeing the business.
Detectives from Strike Force Trident made the arrest yesterday.
Two 15-year-old boys have been charged with breaching their bail and aggravated robbery.
While a 12 and 11-year-old boy, who were also allegedly involved in a vehicle theft and unlawful entry in Nightcliff the same night, have been charged and will appear in court later today.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland says “no one deserves to be threatened in their place of work and Strike Force Trident will continue to combat property offences across the Greater Darwin Region.”
