A 15-year-old has been charged over an aggravated robbery in Nightcliff.
It’s alleged he was part of a group of up to six youths who broke into a home on Chapman Road armed with weapons at 12.30am Sunday.
They’re further accused of threatening a man with a knife and punching him in the head before stealing a Subaru WRX and other items.
Police later found the car abandoned in Malak and arrested the teenage boy at a home in Leanyer.
He has since been charged with aggravated unlawful entry, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, aggravated robbery and deprivation of liberty.
The 15-year-old has been remanded in custody to face court in May.
Investigations are ongoing to find the others involved.
