A man has been arrested after allegedly driving more than 70km/h over the speed limit in a stolen car in Darwin.
Traffic police witnessed the alleged stolen car driving 177km/h down Tiger Brennan Drive at 10:05am Sunday.
Police were then in pursuit, before the driver pulled over.

The 37-year-old man was arrested, and he has been charged with driving at dangerous speed, driving unlicensed, and using a car without consent.
The man has been bailed to appear in court at the end of July.
