Fresh calls for info on anniversary of Angie Fuller’s disappearance and $250,000 reward

A year on from the disappearance of Angie Fuller in Central Australia, police are renewing their calls for information with a reward of $250,000 being offered.

Ms Fuller was last seen travelling on Tanami Road, about 15 kilometres west of the Stuart Highway intersection on the evening of January 9, 2023.

Acting Deputy Commissioner Martin Dole says the 30-year-old’s disappearance is being treated as a homicide and the investigation remains active with a team of Detectives from the Major Crime Unit on the case.

“We have yet to identify anybody responsible for that disappearance and we’re still yet to find the remains of Ms Fuller and give the family any closure,” he says.

The $250,000 reward is for information leading to the identification and conviction of those responsible for Ms Fuller’s disappearance.

Acting Deputy Commissioner Dole says police received new information about vehicles in the area where Ms Fuller was last seen early last year and despite announcing the reward in October they believe there are other people yet to come forward.

“Police are confident that we do have people out there that know what happened and we’d urge people to come forward and provide that information so that we can find out where Angie is.”

The Acting Deputy Commissioner described the anniversary as a tough time for Ms Fuller’s family.

“When you lose a loved one and you don’t have answers…in times of importance to those events you’re always going to be challenged.”

“We’d like to give the family some answers and let them know what happened.”

He says police remain committed to solving the case and urge anyone with information, no matter how trivial it may seem to report it.

“We’ll continue to investigate it until we’ve got no further leads and no further information.”

“There may be something that you haven’t told us that may be the link to solving this matter.”

Angie Fuller is of Asian heritage and medium build and has long black hair with purple streaks and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and beige skirt.
