A man has been charged after allegedly hitting a woman with his car then fleeing the scene.
It’s alleged the 29-year-old man struck a 45-year-old woman, who is believed to be known to him, in Moulden at 9:10pm Monday.
The man has been charged by detectives from the Domestic and Family Violence Unit with recklessly endanger serious harm – aggravated, drive unregistered, and drive uninsured, and has since been remanded to appear in court on Wednesday.
The woman currently remains in hospital in a serious condition, and police investigations are still ongoing.
